In September 2019, Els Pet began as a simple idea with a dog bowl as its first product. From that humble beginning, our journey has been driven by a passion for pets and the unwavering support of our incredible customers. As we reflect on the past five years, it’s clear that none of this would have been possible without you.
A Growing Team and Vision
By 2020, we grew to a dedicated team of 20 members, each committed to making pet care smarter and more convenient. After two years of research and development, we launched our signature product—the Spaceship1 Automatic Litter Box—in 2021. This was a significant milestone, and it marked the beginning of our commitment to innovation in the pet care industry.
From 1,000 to 10,000 Customers: A Community of Pet Lovers
In 2022, we reached our first 1,000 customers—a huge achievement that signaled we were on the right path. Just a year later, in 2023, we hit 10,000 customers, solidifying Els Pet as a trusted name in pet care. Each customer has played a part in shaping our brand, and your feedback continues to inspire us to improve and grow.
2024: Expansion and Innovation
Now, in 2024, our team has expanded to 150 members, and we are thrilled to introduce our latest innovation: the Groomdora Grooming Vacuum Kit. This product represents our ongoing dedication to making pet care easier and more enjoyable for both pets and their owners.
